So we've heard, but to those who tried to divide the scene, think again. Papan Skateboard Company (PSC) and Sibling can still crack a joke with each other about their boards. Fuad Saifullah, Sibling co-owner was seen joking about which board should be shot on camera with PSC rider, Azreen Azman in our SKUDAI EXPERIENCE video. Another Sibling co-owner, Munir was seen using a PSC board last weekend at Land My Trick 2012. So, stop bitching around and accept reality fools!

MARISS STILL RIPS!

You’ll probably wonder why, you have the glamour, fame, the OK person look and the most important, adolescent - shot a lot of video to become famous - with all the mediocre lines and all the advantages you think you have, but you still have not enough sponsor or don’t get sponsored at all?

How come this ‘old man’, who doesn’t hard flip across 4-8 foot gap or does big spin over some 10 foot ramp can still get sponsored by some prominent companies? Is this case similar to legends like Steve Caballero, Gonz, Vallely or even Tony Hawk?

Mariss Khan, our presenter and co-owner of Frontside Media who owns Frontside TV can still manage to get his piece of pie in the scene at 33. Some argue that he doesn’t deserve it and should be given to younger, glamour and fit skaters.

What is the selling point here? They just don’t seem to have what Mariss have; I can’t think of anything more than maturity and mileage.

So if you wonder why Mariss have Rip Curl, Oakley, Power Balance, Papan Skateboard Company and Street Dagger backing him up, ask yourself, have you done enough?

So stop persuading kids in your area or skate park to boycott Frontside TV and Papan because Mariss is ruining the scene with his provoking, stupid and controversial questions in the Hot Seat and other FTV write-ups and start thinking, what you’ve done wrong up until now, you don’t get what you wanted.

MARISS IS BACK ON HIS FEET

It's not about how you fell down but it’s about how you get up. Less than 24 hours after Mariss Khan was reported lost his memory in the frontpage of a local newspaper, he’s back on his feet, went for a meeting then directed Converse’s Malaysia skateboarding team video at midnight today.

Mariss was thrashed by 2 carjackers early Thursday morning and the driver, his friend Asyraf helped him to make sure they escape with no serious injury.

Three men, in a blue BMW hit the back of Asyraf’s Honda Civic before wielded a parang at Asyraf who survived after giving a good fight. He might lost the fight and his car, but we’re grateful that we see both of them the next day.

Be more cautious, drive with full awareness of your surrounding and think twice of your next action.

SKATEBOARDING NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR PRIMETIME TV?

Bakhtiar Affendi Azman doesn’t have any achievement at AWANI or even RTM. Now he is insulting skateboarding stories on prime time national TV. Former AWANI, RTM, PR Agent now working at WBC.

From what we understand, Astro AWANI is the only station that is reporting skateboarding as a sport and lifestyle the way it should be. You can see Battle at the Berrics in AWANI’s Kini Trending every Monday as it is part of most popular social media activities.

Skateboarding; the physics, science and ‘tricktionary’ is part of world’s knowledge and popular culture and subculture activities. Without this, you are left out in the world of knowledge.

And Bakhtiar the reject thinks skateboarding have no place in prime time news because of no intelligence (SEE PICTURE < LEFT). Do you agree with him?

How intelligent is Bakhtiar? He is in mid 30’s and doesn’t play any big role in the corporate world. Sources from AWANI told us that he doesn’t leave any benchmark for reporters and anchors to follow when he left for a PR company, except dozens of suits (clothing) under his name.

So we concluded that he is more concern about his looks and fashion; which he doesn’t have anyway, judging from photos that we see in his FB.

We heard from insiders he always complaints a lot about his work and other people. He is also labelled as two faced in AWANI.

Intelligence? No one’s sure how intelligent he is. He doesn’t have any programs to remember produced or hosted by him and also not famous enough to be known as former news anchor.

So skaters out there, tell us how much he is wrong. He doesn’t even know what Kini Trending is all about, I guess. He better checks his intelligence first, or do research what’s Kini Trending all about.

We think Bakhtiar have personal issues that he can’t solve. GET YOURSELF CHECK BAKHTIAR before writing and criticizing!
